Rank & Responsibility

This list is an outline of expectations - a guidepost.

Any and all of the items below may be altered to taste for individuals at the discretion of their superiors if needed. Also, this list assumes that every rank is present on the field and in a unit. This is not always the case, so some ranks will naturally share the responsibility of a higher or lower rank in that situation. Any and all of these ranks will be made aware of the WoR community politics, which requires discretion and professionalism. As a rule, please do not discuss inter-unit politics and reputations in mixed company with NCOs or enlisted. You may also be called on to be a representative of the brigade in other unit’s Discords and chats. Be polite but firm in representing our interests. Note: All NCOs and higher positions are expected to display a high level of competency, awareness, and organization on the battlefield. Note: All Officers are able to demonstrate the ability to effectively organize and command militia (pubbies).

Note: All Officers lead by example in both behavior and discipline.
